How do I request a custom project?
Use our contact form to describe the idea, size, quantity, wording, intended use, and any deadline. Choose 3D printing, laser engraving, or vinyl cutting if you know which process you need. If you are unsure, describe the result you want.
Can I order directly from the catalog?
Yes. Shop our maker goods, choose a product, add your order details, and check out online. Our maker goods are made to order; allow 5–7 business days before shipment. Images identified as concepts are illustrative design previews. For a different size, special design, or deadline, request a custom quote before ordering. Plant orders are not open yet.
What should I send for personalization?
Include the exact spelling, dates, and wording. Tell us the size and preferred layout, and describe any logo, handwriting, photo, or 3D file you have. We will explain how to send files after reviewing your inquiry. Only share artwork you own or have permission to use.
How long does an order take?
Our standard production and handling time is 5 to 7 business days before shipment, followed by carrier transit time. Custom project timing is confirmed during the quote process. A deadline should be discussed before you order. See the Shipping Policy for the full details.
Can you engrave an item I already own?
Please ask before buying or sending a blank. Material, finish, shape, and size determine whether we can work with it. We need to review the item before accepting the project.
Will every piece look exactly the same?
3D printed pieces can show layer lines. Wood grain and engraving tone can vary, and vinyl results depend on the material and surface. We will discuss relevant finish and fit details for your project.
What if I have an order problem or need a return?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Read our Return and Refund Policy before returning an item. Personalized products have specific conditions explained in that policy.
Are plants available yet?
No. Blueprint25 Botanicals is coming soon, and the nursery is not accepting plant orders yet. Visit our Botanicals coming-soon page and use the Workshop updates email sign-up at the bottom of this page to follow along.
