Our approach

We want you to feel good about what you order from Blueprint 25. Please contact us at blueprint25shop@protonmail.com with your order number if you need help with a return, cancellation or a problem with your item.

30-day returns for standard items

You may request a change-of-mind return of a standard, non-personalized item within 30 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging when available or securely packaged to prevent damage. Please include proof of purchase or your order number.

Email us before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and the correct return address. Unapproved returns may delay processing. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded unless required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible items returned in their original condition.

Personalized and custom-made items

Items made with your name, wording, uploaded design, bespoke dimensions or other individual customization are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, except where applicable law requires otherwise. An item made to order from our standard, non-personalized selection is still covered by the standard return policy above.

This exception does not apply when an item is defective, arrives damaged, is materially different from its description, or has incorrect personalization because of our error. Please review the spelling and other details you submit. If you supplied incorrect details, contact us; we will discuss what can be corrected and any cost before proceeding.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives and tell us promptly if something is wrong. Send your order number, a description of the issue and, when possible, photos of the item and packaging. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund, subject to your rights under applicable law. We cover reasonable return shipping when a return is needed because of damage, a defect or our error. Please contact us before purchasing a return label.

Cancellations and changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We can cancel an unshipped order for a full refund before production begins. Once production has begun, cancellation or changes to personalized or custom work may not be possible, except where required by law or otherwise agreed. If an order cannot ship within the promised production period, the delay and cancellation options in our Shipping Policy apply.

Exchanges

Contact us to discuss an exchange before returning your item. Availability and any difference in price will be confirmed before we arrange the exchange. Personalized and bespoke items follow the exceptions above.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting a return, or after approving a refund for another reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner when required by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. Contact us if the refund has not appeared after the provider’s normal processing period.

For a complete order cancelled before production, we refund the payment collected for that order. For an eligible change-of-mind return, we refund the returned item’s price and applicable refundable taxes; original shipping is excluded unless required by law. Refunds for defective, incorrect, undelivered or cancelled delayed orders will include the amounts required by applicable law.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights for defective, misdescribed, undelivered or delayed goods. If mandatory law gives you a longer return period or another remedy, those rights apply.
